The creation of our space and universe took place billions of years before there were any humans around to witness it. Our own evolution is related closely to the evolution of the universe. Thus, without understanding from where the earth came from, it is difficult to comprehend how mankind came to be.
Learning about the space is an important part of every child’s education. It will help students understand how life originated on our planet. Moreover, with space learning, students will understand important issues such as global warming, environmental hazards etc. In short, it will give them the knowledge to preserve and respect our natural resources.
Kids might find space topic boring when taught via a normal conversation. But showing pictures, videos or even movies can make planetary science come alive.
Keeping this aspect in mind RBK Navsari – a CBSE school in Gujarat had organized a school exhibition on Oct. 7'2017. "SPACE" was the theme of the day. Students really worked towards the “space” theme concept and actively displayed various stuff during the exhibition. Even visitors appreciated the efforts put on by the learners of all grades. (Nur to Grade-8)
The guests for the day were Dr. Bharti Pawar and Mrs. Hutoxi Jamadar. Delighted with the success of the exhibition, the guests were left speechless and amazed by the end of the day.
Many concepts which seem too difficult to get a grasp of in the classroom are a lot easier to understand in the big wide world when they are set in context, and when the children are more engaged and motivated to understand and learn. For this, RBK Navsari provides creative learning.
RBK Navsari is one of the top CBSE schools in Gujarat. The school uses innovative ways of teaching which helps the students to think creatively. They offer active learning techniques and aim to provide inspiration and knowledge to kids. Moreover, through events like a school exhibition, they strive to build sportsmanship, social skills, leadership skills and confidence in all students.
